The registration fees for the OLKC 2010 conference are:
Senior scholars:
US$350.00 (until April 30, 2010)
US$395.00 (after April 30, 2010)
PhD students:
US$250.00
The conference registration fee covers
- 4 June: Opening reception, dinner, and two drinks
- 5 June: Breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks
- 5 June: Dinner, evening social event, and two drinks
- 6 June: Breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks
Accommodation is not included. June is a popular time for tourism in Boston as well as for many college graduations; therefore hotel rooms in the city are likely to be fully booked around the conference period. We advise you to arrange your accommodation on time. Please see the Accommodations section of this website for more details.
Extra Meals ticket
If you are traveling with a spouse or guest and would like to have meals provided for that person, additional meal tickets are available for US$150.00. A ticket covers all breakfasts, dinners, and the social event.
Teaching Workshop
The Teaching Workshop, which runs from 3 June, 18:00 - 4 June, 17:00, requires a separate registration fee of US$95.00. Attending this workshop requires that you apply and receive an acceptance from the workshop chair. Please See the Teaching Workshop section of this website for more details.
Doctoral Consortium
The doctoral consortium, which runs from 3 June, 13:30 - 4 June, 17:00, requires a separate registration fee of US$75.00. Attending this workshop requires that you apply and receive an acceptance from the consortium chair. More information coming soon.
